At 3J Heating & Cooling, our work is rooted in something deeper than just heating and air conditioning—it’s built on family values passed down through generations.
Our inspiration comes from a saying we grew up hearing from our grandfather, DJ Martin, who owned Martin’s Home Center in Tecumseh, Michigan—a business started by his father and carried on with pride for years.
He always said:
“Be a job large or small, do it right or not at all.”
That mindset shaped how we see work, responsibility, and taking care of people.
After he passed in 2020, that message stuck with us more than ever. When we started 3J Heating & Cooling, we knew we wanted to carry that same standard forward—but make it our own:
